ROLE:
• As field based Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for training, education and clinical support of Healthcare Professionals within your defined region
• You will be seen as a Clinical Expert offering advice and support as required to increase customer confidence in your portfolio of woundcare products
• Working closely with the wider commercial team in order to maximise all opportunities that arise. This will involve (but not limited to) work on product trials, evaluations and clinical studies
• Attending exhibitions, conferences and study events

MAIN ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL's) and advocates, working closely together to become 'Preferred Partner of Choice'
• Add value within key accounts by providing customer excellence through value added services, training and education/support
• Increase customer confidence in rolling out formulary approved products within both the community and secondary care/acute settings
• Training and support offered on a 1:1 and group basis depending on customer requirements
• Conduct product trials and evaluations - from inception through to reporting
• Working as part of the regional team to increase market share, formulary success and ultimately grow the business

ESSENTIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
• All applicants MUST possess a current and valid PIN with no restrictions to practice
• Hold a full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points
• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Have experience of working with woundcare / tissue viability within the clinical environment
• Have the organisational ability to manage your own diary and prioritise customers based on potential spread throughout your geographical area
• Ability to work collaboratively with the wider internal team including Sales and Marketing functions. Plus sharing best practice with peers
• Strong customer focus
• IT literacy skills

IDEALLY YOU WILL:
• Hold ENB 998 (Teaching & Assessing) or equivalent
• Have strong communication skills
• Be adaptable and flexible, able to create bespoke solutions as required
