We are currently looking for a Store Manager to join our team based in Hartley Wintney, Hants. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working 39 hours per week, in return you will receive a competitive salary plus excellent company benefits!

The Store Manager duties and key responsibilities:

- Ensure that all of your store team are fully trained

- Promote and encourage teamwork in your store

- Have a clear understanding of how your team are performing and there are plans in place to support performance

- Ensure your team are supported and enjoy their job

- Ensure your team are smart and ready for work

- You coach your team to be helpful, friendly and serve our customers as quick as possible.

- Ensure the shop is always full, clean and priced correctly

- have a safe and legal store

- Strive for the store to have a Blue/Green steering wheel, and strong KPI's

- Be a great representative for the One Stop brand

- Lead safety awareness in store, following all security procedures to ensure all colleagues and customers are kept safe
