Role
Purpose:

We are now recruiting a
Planned Outage Manager to work in our manufacturing site in Grangemouth.

The role will require
you to develop and deliver the site outage programme for Grangemouth Manufacturing
Centre (GMC) and be directly responsible for managing the engineering phase of
GMC planned outages with overall accountability for HSE performance and
delivery on time to budget and to recognized quality standards.

The successful
candidate will own the standardised GMC outage process and be responsible for
ensuring consistent application and for driving continuous.

How
you will make a difference:

Creates
a strong HSE culture and proactively manage HSE systems for all planned
outages.Engage
with the Operations & Engineering Managers to develop an outage strategy
and programme which best meets changing business demands and critical success
factors for each product challenge.Through
direct management or coaching of others ensure delivery of planned outages on
time, in full and to cost.Own
the standardised outage management systems and drive their consistent adoption
across site.Create
a culture of continuous improvement to ensure the adoption of industry best practise.Optimise
the use of resource across site through integrated capacity planning.Manage
the engineering phase of the outage execution taking overall accountability for
HSE performance and delivery on time, to budget and to recognized quality
standards.
