We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Finance Assistant to join the busy Finance Team at Oxted School.

Reporting to the Lead Finance Office Manager, you will undertake a range of financial procedures, including placing orders, invoicing, preparation of cheques, issuing receipts and dealing with supplier issues, together with recording financial transactions ensuring accurate coding and efficient processing in compliance with finance policies and procedures.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level. The ability to work with others to achieve objectives and provide excellent customer service is essential, as is experience of working in a busy office environment, together with the ability to prioritise and plan own workload in the context of conflicting priorities.

The post holder will be required to work 30 hours, Autumn term only, i.e. 4 September 2019 - 20 December 2019.
