Our client is a leading consumer brand based in the centre of Leeds and due to continued growth they have a new requirement for an experienced CRO specialist. Reporting to the Senior ECommerce Optimisation Manager the Conversion Rate Optimisation Lead will be responsible for driving our CRO experimentation strategy and deliver continuous roadmap of commercially focussed & user centred tests across all of the company's Ecommerce platforms.

In this exciting role you'll join the already established Ecommerce Optimisation Team within the Marketing function, collaborating effectively with the business for idea generation & be used to balancing business requirements with what is right for our users. You'll enjoy identifying and analysing on-site behaviour and user research to drive our testing strategy. You will be passionate about CRO and enjoy instilling a real test & learn ethos within the business.

This role will suit an analytical thinker, with experience using AB/MVT tools, Google Analytics and a solid understanding of UX. You'll be an expert in spotting areas for improvement from both detailed analytics, and your experience in UX. You'll be a confident communicator with the ability to explain test results in a simple and effective manner.

You'll lead the process end to end, from idea generation to feeding winning tests into the web solution, work closely with the Ecommerce Delivery Manager and the team of front end developers & IT technical specialists. The successful candidate will have previous experience in AB/MVT testing, the ability to identify trends and create hypotheses and testing plans.
