Someone who's willing to step outside of their comfort zone, has an eye for detail, and can change the way they work to suit the developing needs of our organisation. A vacancy for Marketing and Communications Officer has become available within our Business Transformation team. The role will include being: The organisation's day to day social media expert. Responsible for the delivery of key events, publications, collateral and digital tools. Responsible for maintaining online digital channels for colleagues and customers An encouraging cultural change ambassador You'll have experience of marketing properties, products or services along with a strong knowledge of creative communications processes and software. We're looking for someone who oozes confidence, has great interpersonal skills, and performs well under pressure. This role is available to work from either Boston or Lincolnshire, to suit you.
