Job Title: Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN / RNLD) - Nursing Home

Location: Daventry, Northamptonshire

Salary: £31,000 - £41,000 per annum (£16.50 p/hour + PAID BREAKS)

Hours: Full-time or Part-time

Shifts: Days and nights available

The healthcare team at the home are passionate about the high-quality person-centred care that they provide, and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and like-minded Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. This small, specialised care centre provides person centred care for elderly residents and residents with dementia. This versatile service provides day care, respite care and long term nursing care to suit the needs of each individual resident. The Home Manager can be flexible to accommodate part time, full time, days shifts, night shifts or a combination to suit you. The home boasts an excellent reputation for the quality of care that they provide and a good CQC rating.

Person Specification: we are currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD- all with be considered) to work in this service on a full or part-time basis. It would be advantageous to have worked with a similar client group previously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential. You must hold a valid Nursing Pin and have an active registration with the NMC. All applicants must be fully eligible to live and work in the UK.
