An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate and motivated Nurse ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home based in the Plymouth are as a senior Nurse / Night Manager. The service is ideally situated in a pretty, residential area in Plymouth and is close to public transport links as well as local shops and amenities. This warm and friendly nursing home offers a welcoming and inviting environment for the residents and their families. The home offers a range of excellent facilities for residents including a variety of activities and social events and a beautiful garden for residents to relax and enjoy. Staff morale at the home is very high and the team are passionate about the high quality of care that they provide to each and every resident and the home team are proud of the Good / Outstanding CQC rating achieved.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join one of the UKs leading healthcare providers in one of their lovely nursing homes located in Plymouth. The service provides person centered care to elderly residents, including care for residents with Dementia.The Home Manager is looking for a Nurse (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home.

You will be; Managing a team of 14 staff on nights in the home managers absence. Working with the home manager and staff to maintain the high standard of care on nights. Guiding and supporting the team on nights.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses that can demonstrate initiative and leadership skills will be considered for this role.
