£24,000 - £24,500 per annum + excellent benefits 20days holiday+BH, Xmas Close, Annual theatre trip, Life Assurance, Pension & Free Parking

Are you looking for a busy role within Purchase Ledger? Do you have a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel?

Office Angels have teamed up with this professional company in Kings Hill; who are looking for a forward thinking Purchase Ledger Assistant who enjoys accurate processing and has relevant experience to help develop the role/processes.

What is the role?

Purchase Ledger input across a large range of companies, review and input supplier invoices taking particular care with allocation of costs, campaign codes and VAT treatments.
Purchase Ledger supplier reconciliations; Monthly within 1 week of receipt of supplier invoice
Processing of staff expenses
Credit card processing
Debit Card processing; Processed daily
Any other duties as may be agreed upon from time to timeSkills you need..

You will ideally be studying towards or be qualified AAT Level 2, or equivalent. You will need to prove your abilities within Purchase Ledger and accuracy. You will be a team player with a great working attitude, and flexible in your approach to working, able to work on your own initiative, and within a team environment.
