The Client

Eclypse Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced manager to join a development of assisted living apartments for the elderly. The development is a high end retirement living service that offers beautiful accommodation and high standards of care to the home owners. They are the leaders in their field and they currently have over 50,000 apartments across the UK.

The Role

As the Registered Estates Manager you will manage the day-to-day running of the service. You will ensure the facilities of the buildings are kept to the highest standards and you will manage all aspects of the care delivered to the homeowners. You will manage the care staff and you will be the registered manager on the Care Quality Commission. The role involves working alternate weekends.

The Person

To be considered for this role you must have the following:
  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent - Essential
  • Previous care management experience in either care homes, domiciliary care or assisted living developments - Essential
  • Ideally experience in caring for the elderly

You must be able to manage the care aspects of the role but also the estate itself. You must be a strong decision maker with excellent customer service experience and knowledge.

The Salary

The salary for this role is £32,250 per annum and you will be contracted to 38.5 hours per week and you will be expected to work alternate weekends

You will also receive bonuses depending on set KPIs and you will receive paid overtime.
