IT Business Analysis Manager

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum

As a Business Analyst Manager, you will lead a team of Business Analysts supporting the implementation of projects and primarily IT / business change into Staffline Recruitment. The role will involve working closely with all IT Teams and all other areas of the business in helping identify and design new processes and systems as required.

The Business Analyst Manager role
  • Direct line management, managing the team's performance and delivery
  • Working alongside the technical team, Development Manager and Programme Manager in delivering and supporting technology-based change
  • Key input and contribution to the Application Development Strategy supporting the business needs and development strategy
  • Adherence to robust standards and procedures that exist for systems analysis and design, testing, data management and ensuring documentation are implemented
  • Supporting the delivery of development changes into operations following agreed internal procedures
  • Receiving escalations from the Service Desk, investigating and resolving these whilst updating on progress and issue resolution
  • Ensuring team adherence to SCRUM processes and standards
  • Make a major contribution to the continuing development and delivery of the programme plan required to deliver the strategic IT themes and vision
  • Deliver leading edge, robust and business focused IT propositions, ensuring delivery of the solutions integrate seamlessly with existing process and practices

Who are we looking for?
  • You will have experience of IT Software Project Implementations, IT Software Development Projects, IT Software Configuration Projects, Business Change, System Rollouts
  • Proven experience of standard project methodologies; PRINCE2, Waterfall, and Agile, SCRUM
  • Recruitment industry exposure would be beneficial
  • The ability to produce written specifications including data requirements, business process flows, user interface changes, user stories and third-party package specifications
  • Management skills - leading and setting standards
  • You will be able to build effective client and stakeholder relationships, managing expectations and delivering an excellent service
  • You will be a strong influencer, with excellent interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills
  • Ability to identify and recommend suitable introduction of new processes and/or procedures to systems and processes
