An exciting opportunity for a dedicated, inspiring and committed Assistant Head of School and Lecturer of Business has arisen in one of the country's largest Colleges. This is an opportunity for an ambitious educator and leader to really make their mark in an exciting and forward-thinking FE college, and to prove themselves in management and leadership role. The successful candidate will support the Head of 6th Form and Professional Qualifications to ensure the successful running of the Business curriculum area, providing leadership of teaching, learning and assessment and supporting the development and effective implementation of the school's curriculum offer. In addition to having experience of leading teams to improvement, you must be educated to degree level in Business and have experience of teaching A Level and/or BTEC Business, and a willingness or ability to teach AAT Level 1.

We are a leading and long established 6th Form that offers high quality courses from level 1 up to Level 5 in in A Levels, GCSEs, BTECs and a range of Professional Business qualifications. Our Business courses are focused on ensuring students gain the practical skills & expertise to forge a path of employment in a range of industries such as accounting, leadership or marketing. In order to facilitate this we have a dedicated team of experienced and outstanding lecturers with an excellent working knowledge of Business and Professional Qualifications.

Further to this, the courses have been designed by staff to provide a creative and supportive environment with a commitment to diversity and inclusion to help all students reach their potential.
