The Role: Your role is to work for some of the UK and Europe's largest brands. You will work with their team of world leading experts to analyse and detect social media crisis. You will be using state of the art technology and receive outstanding training from day 1. Your role is to help identify and manage a crisis even before it happens. This position will require 24/7 shift work.
