We have an great opportunity for a PPC Account Manager to join our PPC team in Reading. Our PPC Account Managers work closely with our customer base of SME's creating and maintaining PPC advertising on their behalf. It is essential that you build strong business relationships with customers to maximise their satisfaction and return on their investment.

As a PPC Account Manager you should be a pro-active & forward-thinking individual who is able to work alone managing your portfolio of customer accounts. Full training will be provided. Experience in a similar role or environment would be beneficial but not essential.

The Role
  • Effectively create & optimise PPC search marketing campaigns for Yell's customers acting accordingly to ensure customers' budget is used effectively
  • Build and maintain relationships with Yell's customers through telephone and written contact to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability, actively looking for customer growth opportunities
  • Respond to and initiate communications with sales and customer relationship colleagues to elicit all necessary information, ensuring our customers' needs are met
  • Produce and analyse reports to ensure that the needs of the customer and Yell's business objectives are met

The Person
  • Experience in a customer service role - including face to face, telephony and written customer communication - is important, ideally in a digital environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-starter with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Training and learning is continual, thus you will need to be disciplined and interested in the digital space to keep ahead of the game
  • PPC experience advantageous
