Remit Group are recruiting once again on the behalf of Hewlett Packard Limited; one of the largest technology companies in the world. This is a unique opportunity to join their Bracknell based Sales Team as a Technical Sales Apprentice.
This progressive role will give you the opportunity to work closely with members of the Hewlett Packard Sales Team as well as their other departments; such as marketing and finance. In this role, as an Apprentice you will be responsible for developing new and repeat business opportunities.

Additionally, you'll have the chance to work alongside an experienced Sales Team as well as having the great opportunity to spend time on client sites; representing Hewlett Packard Enterprise and their technology and products.

Responsibilities and Duties for this Apprenticeship will include:

Learning how to generate and get involved with new business development; This will involve you calling out to prospective customers via the phone as well as face to face; with the sole purpose to promote HPE and it's products
Working closely with the sales team to support daily activities, provide business updates and forecasts, review pricing and support on campaigns
Supporting and taking the lead on Business projects that look to improve client relationships and grow the business
Developing and learning how to consistently update and maintain the data accuracy of forecasts and customer data using HPE's online tools

Desired skills
Experience or interest in sales through extracurricular activities, jobs or internships
Foundational knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products and services
Interest in Technology or working in a corporate environment
Foundational knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system which allows businesses to manage business relationships, data and customer information
Personal qualities
Team player
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally with a good attention to detail
Good organisational skills and time management as the role will require working on more than one piece of work at a time
Have an enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly personality
Keen to learn and develop on a Career in the Sales Industry
Desired qualifications
Five GCSEs (incl. English & maths) at C Grade or above (or equivalent).
