We are working with an award-winning global manufacturer who is enjoying a sustained period of growth and is now looking to recruit a Quality Assistant to join their team and support production. They have a strong reputation within the industry and are an employer of choice, offering excellent career progression opportunities.

As Quality Assistant you will be reporting directly to the Manufacturing Director and be working to ensure that all of the products are of the highest quality. You will be conducting inspection of products, quality assurance and document control as well as conducting internal audits.

Skills and experience required:
  • Experience of working in quality in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Excellent project planning and implementation skills
  • Attention to detail and report writing skills
  • Knowledge of ISO9001 standard
  • You will be happy working to tight deadlines and will be able to deal with changing priorities
  • Self-assertive and ability to drive new initiatives
  • Experience in executing quality investigations and problem-solving
  • Engineering manufacture experience advantageous.
