This position requires the candidate to be able to raise, produce and send customer invoices. There is also a requirement to attend to credit control duties and some accounts assistant duties.

  • Morning Checks
  • Rating individual jobs using the pre-defined pricing matrix
  • Applying Special Rates
  • Producing and sending customer invoices
  • Credit Control and sending customer statements
  • Customer query resolution
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail
  • Posting Journals
  • Weekly Reports and Period End reconciliations
  • Preparing Financial reports
  • Purchase Ledger cover
  • Bank Reconciliations

Profile
  • Good numeracy skills & an eye for detail
  • Reasonable MS Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Basic costing principles
  • General understanding of double entry Accounting
