We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support daily administration and cases for our client with an office in the stunning South West of England. Someone who can lead the development of tools, processes and systems whilst working with Stakeholders across the business.

The role will be a contract position for 6 months

Key skills: Salesforce Administrator, Admin, Administration, Configuring, Configuration, Software configuration, Reporting, dashboards, analysis, analytics, user support, permissions and profiles.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- A certified Salesforce administrator with configuration experience and working knowledge of Salescloud, Servicecloud and Classic Salesforce as the company are looking to make the move to lightning in 2020/21.
- To be confident in using Agile would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of automation (process builder, workflows etc), data management skills and be able to write and run test scripts would also be beneficial

RESPONSIBILITIES

Whilst you are expected to configure workflows and integration with internal and external API's, you will also be given the opportunity to really drive improvement and identify opportunities for change.
