KCR Solutions are currently looking to recruit a Finance Administrator for an excellent client in Newcastle City centre for a 12 month contract.

Salary - £17,000 to £18,000

Responsibilities
  1. Enrolment processing
  2. Invoice & Credit Raising
  3. Taking Payments
  4. Processing Refund Lines in NAV
  5. Processing Payment Plans
  6. The post holder will, in addition, carry out any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by the management team. As business requirements change, the job description will evolve.

Personal Specification
  1. Possesses excellent knowledge of company IT systems such as Navision
  2. Proficient in IT packages such as Microsoft Office/Excel
  3. Is aware of the service and products offered by the business
  4. Experience of raising Sales Ledger Invoices
  5. An understanding of credit note allocation
  6. An understanding of VAT
  7. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  8. Personable and able to build rapport easily with other parts of the business
  9. Demonstrates an ability to build and maintain effective working relationships. Works with others to achieve team targets and objectives.
  10. Team player
  11. Demonstrates an ability to be well organised, efficient and self-disciplined.
  12. Plans and schedules a variety of tasks in advance, managing priorities as appropriate
  13. Ability to manage a significant workload
