Currenty recruiting for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join one of our clients based in Coleshill, Warwickshire in a permanent role.

As the IT Service Desk Analyst you will be providing 1st Line Support across the business, fixing issues when required and escalating queries when necessary.
  • Dealing with incoming calls to the IT Service Desk, establishing the incident details and entering into the system log
  • Monitor incidents and statuses, prioritising as necessary
  • Establish the incident and necessary facts required for further investigation and accurately enter the details onto the system
  • Escalate as required to 2nd/3rd Line support
  • Identify causes of incidents where able, giving step by step instruction to the user on how to resolve
  • Build and repair Desktop/Laptop/Printer/Scanner when required.

Candidates will have previously worked in a similar role, have excellent communication skills and have a keen interest in technology.
