We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a start-up mentality and a passion for delivering a superior customer experience to join a growth software client in Berkshire.

You will have a hands-on leadership role working closely with our customers and with our field organization - services, support, sales and marketing - to deliver a top-notch product.

You will drive innovation, own the product roadmap, perform release planning in conjunction with the development team, groom the backlog and make decisions around when to release and what to include in each release.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Lead product strategy in collaboration with senior management, engineering, sales, services, and support

Synthesize information from multiple sources (e.g. research, usability, customer feedback, partner data, competitive assessment, market trends) and develop, define and prioritize requirements for product development

Developing product themes, epochs, user stories and user/ buyer personas

Manage product roadmap and translate high level strategies into manageable stories and product backlog.

Act as the voice of the user to the development team and ensure that teams have a clear understanding of what they are developing and the value it delivers.

Support the development teams during each release cycle to clarify requirements, make priority calls, review test plans and determine a release schedule.

Implement Product Management best practices and discipline to deliver high quality outcomes and internal and external customer satisfaction

Qualification:

5-7 years experience in software product management including at least 4 years experience as an Agile Product Manager, Technical Product Manager or Product Manager.

Demonstrable subject matter expertise in at least one of the following : Incentives Compensation Management, Financial management, Sales force automation, or analytics/ business intelligence.

Experience in Enterprise Software that is used daily by 1000s of end users--Experience in B2B, Analytics and/or Cloud.

Strong networking, coordination, communication and presentation skills and superior team player, "can-do" and innovation-focused attitude.

Strong written, interpersonal and presentation communication skills and able to confidently and clearly communicate to both internal and external audiences

Masterful ability to prioritize long (and growing) lists of demands

Experience working in a fast-paced, complex global environment

Ability to travel up to 15%--domestic and international
