Req Id 73149 - Posted 08/28/2019 - Region (1) - Country (1) - Location (1) - Project and Programme Management - Full-timeRole summary We are looking or an IT PMO Manager to join the team and ensure portfolios, programmes, and projects are planned and delivered to quality and performance standards, as part of a large global IT transformation project.What you'll be doing Ensure portfolios, programmes, and projects are planned and delivered to quality and performance standards throughout their lifecycle in a controlled mannerProvide consultative advice to programme and project managers, Heads of aiming to promote and tailor best practice to specific needs of each domain or changeWork with programmes, projects, and stakeholders to help define an appropriate level of governance as well as the support and services required by the Lead IT PMOHelp drive and develop effectiveness and approach to setting up new programmes and projects Ensure decisions from governance bodies and general changes to methodology requirements are driven down through to delivery teamsWork and collaborate with multiple senior stakeholders including Senior Project and Programme Managers as well as Heads of, taking imitative and engaging with teamsHelp develop and deliver Project and Programme Management guidance and training as needed using the most appropriate media Demonstrate maturity and judgement in attaining the right balance between control and enablement or programme and project delivery as well as PMO operationWork with the team to validate KPIs and performance data to provide the Delivery and Leadership Teams with timely and accurate informationWhat we're looking for Sound understanding of PMO process, standards and governance. Experience in the creation, deployment, and management of process, tools and frameworks to deliver change. Advanced MS Excel and SharePoint skills. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment.Analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude, maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion. Financial tracking and project management expertise is advantageous.
