24 hours per week (hours and days are flexible)
* Maintain an inquisitive and questioning approach with the utmost integrity and reliability
* Administer and manage accounting, ERP, payroll, time recording, pension and banking systems and maintain an effective control environment to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all financial information
* Administer payroll and pension processing including file upload routines, real time reporting and auto enrolment.
* Maintain data required for holiday pay calculations under the Working Time Regulations
* Manage the banking system and all bank accounts with the highest level of integrity
* Transaction processing on Visual Enterprise ERP system
* Timely reconciliation of all bank accounts and foreign currency cash balances
* Ensure all transactions are fully authorised and supported
* Identify control weaknesses and propose and implement improvements
* Respond to management requests for analysing information as required
* Administer all monthly, quarterly and annual fiscal related compliance requirements including VAT and PAYE/NI and payroll related returns, submissions and payments
* Raise issues as required with the Financial Accountant where additional support is required to deal with unresolved issues
