Further details: We are delighted to be recruiting for a friendly and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN / RNLD) to join a brand new care home recently opening in Liverpool. This state of the art care home boasts excellent brand new facilities for the residents to enjoy. The home offers a fresh and welcoming atmosphere for the staff, residents and families at the service. The service offers residents a range of activities to enjoy and lovely communal lounge areas for them to relax and unwind.

This is a really exciting opportunity for a motivated nurse qualified Clinical Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join a highly reputable healthcare provider in one of their brand new services in Liverpool. This specialised care home provides care for elderly residents with a range of physical conditions. The service provides residential, nursing and complex dementia care depending on the need of each individual resident. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate Clinical Deputy Manager to work closely alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the service at all time.

Person Specification: we are currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN or RNLD- all with be considered) to work in this service on a full time basis. It would be advantageous to have worked with a similar client group previously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as sound clinical knowledge, are essential. Previous managerial experience within a similar setting is essential for this position.
