We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join the fantastic team. Due to an ever-growing demand throughout the group we are looking to expand our Clients Service Delivery Department by bringing in a Project Manager / Technical Business Analyst to support the departments projects, tailored developments and integrations across the group companies throughout the UK, European and Australia. We're looking for someone who is a real team player, excellent communicator and who has a passion for delivering projects across multiple teams, ranging from Infrastructure IT to bespoke customer software integrations.

The successful candidate will work across the Service Delivery teams to help drive project success through accurate and effective requirements gathering, project management, coordination and delivery. You will play a key bridging role between the businesses commercial, engineering and technology teams helping major projects succeed for all stakeholders.

This role will involve:
  • Stakeholder Management - Identify relevant stakeholders (clients, internal commercial teams, internal technical teams, internal engineering teams, outsource teams etc.) and their area and level of influence in each project
  • Manage the stakeholders and communicate appropriately to avoid escalations resulting from Service Delivery projects or processes
  • Requirements gathering - Enable the definition of business requirements, prepare feasibility studies and ensure that solutions and integrations meet the needs of the business
  • Requirements management - Negotiate prioritisation requirements with Senior Business Representatives including PMO, Engineering project management, Product Managers, Account Managers, IT, Infrastructure and Professional Services Teams
  • Communication - Communicate programme of work (progress reports & future planning) to Delivery Managers, Senior Business Stakeholders and recommend effective corrective action as required
  • Create and maintain an artefacts hub - Generation of User guides, configuration runbooks and training guides in-line with the business requirements
  • Ensure all project and integrations documentation is complete - Produce and maintain all related documentation is complete and fully handed over to Engineering and Support where necessary
  • Capture non-functional requirements from stakeholders in relation to integration, performance, resilience and operational support
  • Track requirements from spec through to implementation and delivery to ensure the requirements are met.


You will be an exceptional candidate, with experience in a similar role. In particular we are looking for candidates who have:

  • Ability to handle reactive demand and pressures associated with short term and shifting delivery cycles and schedules
  • Ability to work well under pressure, particularly in front of internal and external business stakeholders
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the business and technology teams
  • Excellent team worker, experienced in building strong relationships with business and technology teams
  • Ability to work closely with the development team on problems to ensure solutions are accurately translated into system builds delivered against them
  • Excellent communication, analysis and workshop skills
  • Ability to work closely with the technology team to translate business requirements into documented technical requirements and designs
  • Excellent experience of Agile methodology and toolsets such as Jira for creation and management of backlogs
  • Exceptional experience of translating business requirements into use cases and acceptance criteria and the production of relevant documentation using toolsets like confluence (Wiki Tool)
  • Strong technical background with a fundamental understanding of development capabilities
  • Ability to hold a technical meeting with stakeholders both internal and external

  • Previous experience in a professional services business / team
  • Able to communicate in another language (Spanish, Italian, French)
  • Qualifications in Project Management
  • Team Lead experience - leading a professional services/service delivery team
