As a Solutions Deliver Consultant Lead in the Professional Services Team, you will be responsible for the leading the day to day handling of client deliveries and team of delivery consultants as well as managing the on-boarding of integrations of Products and Services. As Lead you will be the champion for monitoring and maintaining the solutions in use, updating and investigating issues raised through support or alerting. You will also take a pro-active approach to solving known in-efficiencies and help the team, set up for continued growth and success.

  • Leading a team of Solutions Delivery Consultants
  • Create and deploy processes and practices drive performance and efficiencies
  • Client liaison - Maintaining contact with clients during delivery of professional services
  • Internal coordination - Communicate will all business areas to obtain information to support client requests.
  • Sales liaison - Working closely with Sales and Account Management to sync delivery and handover of services and solutions.
  • Administration - Manage and maintain delivery board, issue ticketing and work requests for professional service integrations. Ensuring all tickets are handled within SLA, escalated or raised to the necessary teams or responded to as required.
  • Operate configuration tool - sets to support product setup, configuration changes and alterations to existing client implementations and services
  • Third line support for all PS Client services and integrations
  • Customer query handling and resolution management
  • Work on refining processes and improving internal and external customer experience
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, QA and Support.


  • Experience within a Software Professional Services Team
  • Professional and confident customer communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and efficiently, working to deadlines
  • Service Desk operational experience
  • Strong project/work management skills
  • Creative, problem solving ability
  • A fine attention to detail
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Technically minded with an interest in learning technical skills through provided training

  • Working in a configuration based toolset
  • Some development exposure would be advantageous but is not essential (c#, Azure, others)
