The Role / Client

Our client is a fantastic award winning global restaurant brand that is going through amazing growth and culture change. As the People & Culture Assistant you will be reporting to the People Operations Director and working closely across HR and Recruitment. The role will focus on the employees to include references, contract audits, salaried contract issues & collation and vacancy tracking.

Responsibilities include


·To provide to support in the management of the Company reference process

·Getting back up to speed with a current backlog and managing on a day to day basis

Contract Audits

·To support with the ongoing management, co-ordination and reporting of the current contract audit for both operations hourly and salaried teams

·To support with mail merges, the collation of contracts, and chasing up of contracts where re-issued

·To update the master spreadsheet with responses

·To support with the administration of the 'mop up' audit required following the initial audit - organising a spreadsheet, administering a process of return

·To support in setting up and administering a new temporary process to check all new hourly paid employees have a signed contract on file/ uploaded to Fourth before they are added to the payroll file.

·To support with the uploading of new documentation to Fourth upon receipt

Salaried Contract issues and collation

·To administer the ops salaried contracts (issuing and distributing to new employees)

·To collate salaried contracts upon issue to ensure audit compliance

·To issue change in T&C letters for ops salaried employees as required

Vacancy tracker

To support with the vacancy tracker on a weekly basis

Experience & Skills Required:

·Ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlines

·Logical thinker, process minded with ability to spot 'gaps' that may cause issues

·Ability to work with and respect confidential information

·Strong administration and co-ordination skills

·Ability to use excel. Mail merge experience preferable

·You must be hard working, personable and excellent and working to deadlines and timeframes
