Signature are delighted to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger to join our client, a growing company in Bristol City Centre with parking. To join this growing finance team, you must bring energy and enthusiasm to support this busy, lively team!

This position is temporary, with the possibility of extension over a number of months, and is paying a competitive hourly rate. If you are looking to start a career and build your skills in the finance sector, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inputting invoices into internal system
  • Using excel to resolve and record invoicing information - ensuring that these are overseen and dealt with in a timely manner
  • Cross checking invoice codes to branches
  • Ensuring that sent invoices are authorised to meet payment terms
  • Account reconciliation
  • Manning the email account for the department
  • Dealing with any telephone and email queries for the department
  • Ad hoc duties when required
  • Matching invoices
