Procure to Pay Manager (P2P Manager)
Your new company This is a not for profit organisation based in Birmingham, who operate nationally, who's activities range from education to housing. Your new role This is an exciting opportunity to start the procurement function within the organisation. You will have the full backing of senior management to carry out the tasks required to ensure that they are getting best value for their spend. You will need to review existing contracts with suppliers and ensure that a strategic plan is in place to align spend for different sites to ensure best value. You will have 6 direct reports within the Accounts Payable team who are raising orders and processing payments utilising the P2P system. You will be required to enhance the P2P process and ensure compliant measures are in place. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have a proven track record of supplier management as well as a strategic approach to getting the best deals for the organisation.
