Becoming an Operations Manager (Pensions) with Capita Employee Benefits:This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team following a recent re-brand you will lead and develop the operational teams within the department structure and ensure the department meets our client requirements and needs.What you will do:Ensure that operational targets as documented in the business plan are achievedEffective management of the P&L's relating the business focusing on accurate in month revenue reporting and forecasting for the coming monthsEnsure all product offerings are documented to the required standard i.e. all contracts are in place and all procedures are up to date and all new business is accepted in accordance with the documented requirements.As part of senior management team, motivating and leading the operational team.Ensure all plans are operated through adherence to clients requests, and departmental procedures.Enhance team performance across all operational areas focusing on quality, effectiveness and accuracy.Enhance and complete all required controls and checks, highlighting and correcting deficiencies when requiredYour experience will include:Knowledge of:- Pension member records and their set up- The relationships between members, trustees, schemes actuaries, funds and investments- What employer duties are- Describe the regulatory bodies and their rolesDemonstrable experience managing and motivating individuals to optimise performanceAbout Capita Employee BenefitsFor over 40 years, we've been improving the lives of millions of employees and pension scheme members.
