Many of our long-standing customer relationships have lasted over 40 years. Our customer focus is based on quality, service and consistency and our service-led ethos is one of the key drivers in the growth of our market share over the past 10 years.

Our site in Ibstock, Leicestershire, has three factories producing some 150 million bricks per year, it is also the home of the Ibstock plc Head Office.

We would love to hear from you if you are currently in an Assistant Finance Business Partner role, or if you possess the skills and attributes required to move into this position.

In either case you will probably have experience in manufacturing or a similar field and will hold the qualifications that would be expected in this function.

This is a permanent role, and would be working closely with and supporting our current Central Region Finance business partner, so some travel may be required.

You will have demonstrable experience in improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance. Also providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies as well as providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered. This role also relies heavily on building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams. Bringing this all together, the role contributes significantly in the key routine areas of financial projections, month end and all areas of finance reporting as well as other ad hoc duties to meet the business needs.

If successful, you will receive a competitive salary package, annual holiday plus statutory holidays, study support and a package of benefits commensurate with the role.
