Overall Job Purpose:
As Associate Brand Manager for a key Oncology brand in its launch year, you will be responsible for the development, planning and delivery of key customer solutions and tactics. You will also be responsible for making sure activities are optimised through tight alignment and implementation to the customer plan, and leveraging multi channel engagement to reach key customers in the UK.

The successful candidate will:

* Lead and develop key projects and programmes, ensuring delivery of brand plan activities.

* Be a core member of the Oncology marketing group, working closely with a cross-functional team to ensure projects are delivered on a timely manner.

* Use strong communication skills to manage activities across the broad cross-functional to ensure the implementation of key tactics.

* Ensure that all programmes are 100% compliant to ABPI Code of Practice and local SOPs. This will include responsibilities for marketing jobs for customer materials, briefings etc.

* Have previous knowledge and experience of Veeva Vault Promo Mats or Zinc (approval of marketing materials).

* Monitor and evaluate marketing tactics and adjust plans accordingly

* Demonstration of initiative.

* Understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice.

* Ability to work effectively with virtual teams.

Desirable Skills:

* Knowledge of the Oncology market

* Technical marketing experience and expertise
