Immediate start needed for a school SIMS Administrator in an OFSTED rated 'Good' school. Your new company Hays Education is working alongside a Primary School in Wolverhampton to recruit a SIMS Administrator. The school has fantastic facilities and is a happy and exciting school that welcomes everyone. This post will begin as soon as possible and will initially be until Easter but has the potential to go permanent. Your new role As a school Administrator you will play an integral part in maintaining the vital functions of the school that ensure it runs smoothly. You will have the responsibility to provide administrative support to the whole school. Your duties will include answering the phone and greeting visitors, administrative duties including formulating letters, managing post, responding to emails, dealing with school meals administration, ordering stationery, paying invoices, handling monies, printing and photocopying and managing school systems like SIMS. What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a school office. You will have a working knowledge of SIMS systems. Schools expect all school Administrator and Secretaries to have a previous school-based office experience. An enhanced DBS is required for this post.
