Key accountabilities

Reporting to the Director and Associate Director, based in Sheffield, the role will involve:
  • Overseeing the day to day management of the Sheffield office with c.25 staff
  • Being the key administrative support within the Sheffield office with a view to process improvement
  • Regular liaison with other offices; particularly in respect of HR administration, IT requirements, and also the provision of sales and debtor information
  • Regular interaction with key suppliers in respect of the premises and site management
  • Maintaining financial information using a combination of Excel and Sage 50, including banking information
  • Acting as PA to the Director, Associate Director and other key staff as may be required
  • Providing assistance to the consultant base with their dealings with clients and also with HMRC

Skills & experience
  • The role requires demonstrable organisational skills as it is widely varied and relies on the Office Manager to structure their own time in line with the requirements of the business
  • Detailed knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics and Sage 50
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration skills are essential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
