The Company

My client is a growing technology based SME situated on the outskirts of Solihull. Working at the forefront of technology, they are consistently evolving to provide a service that we as businesses can rely on.

The Role

Working as part of a dynamic management team you will be oversee the day to day running and management of the finance department with specific responsibilities for:
  • All technical aspects including financial accounting, IFRS, tax, audit and statutory reporting.
  • Development of commercial and operational KPI's
  • Month end, management accounting and all overhead analysis
  • Development of the finance systems, process implementation


The Candidate

You will be a qualified accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA with strong financial control experience gained in either practice or industry. This role covers all elements of finance from commercial understanding and business partnering, through to liaison with the Auditors & HMRC; therefore you will have a 'hands on', proactive approach along with being systems savvy . The successful candidate will be keen to progress and develop themselves, working with a strong FD who can act as a mentor and support you with your own personal growth.
