YOUR NEW ROLEThe successful candidate will be responsible for attending an in-depth handover with the current Finance Manager as this is a senior and pivotal role within the organization. Covering a fixed term maternity contract for a minimum of 12 months, You will be responsible for processing monthly management accounts, managing a team of 2 finance staff, and carrying out duties such as dealing with end of year audits. Other duties will include dealing with profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting along with providing analytical support to the business. WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEEDYou will be a qualified accountant who has a proven experience of working within a busy and pressured accounting team. Experience of Sage is essential. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to lead a team.
