We are recruiting for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive who has a thorough understanding and passion for digital marketing techniques and digital marketing channels.

The Digital Marketing Executive will work as part of a dynamic team and take responsibility for their digital presence with a focus on lead generation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities will include:

* The development and day-to-day management of websites.

* Developing and implementing their SEO strategy, ensuring the company websites are being found easily under all relevant search terms.

* The day to day planning and management of PPC campaigns.

* Creating engaging and successful email campaigns as part of planned marketing activity utilising automation of campaigns where possible and feeding results back into the relevant sales teams for follow-up.

* Liaising closely with the Content Marketing Executive to ensure all content produced for digital platforms is optimised for search and utilised in the best way.

* Working alongside the marketing team to contribute to other marketing tasks and projects as required.

Skills and experience required:

* Knowledge and experience of managing websites via CRM systems such as WordPress.

* A thorough understanding of SEO, continually refreshing own knowledge and learning from new developments, algorithm updates and best practice.

* Demonstrable experience of managing multiple PPC campaigns (including Google AdWords) and maximising return on investment of these.

* Knowledge or experience of using digital analytics software and tools such as Google analytics to produce reports, identify opportunities and measure success.

* Experience of using CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics).

* Experience in using creative software for the production of artwork, infographics, animations and video would be an advantage.

* Experience in a similar role (at least two years) with a good grounding in B2B marketing across all media and channels.

The ideal person:

Will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, quick to learn, enthusiastic and happy to engage with people within the business at all levels as well as external contacts on a daily basis. Have the confidence to work independently and become the go-to expert for all things digital, as well as being a natural team player, working collaboratively with the other members of the team. Organisation skills will also be key, with the need to juggle several tasks and projects simultaneously, often meeting tight deadlines.

On offer is a basic salary of between £24,000 and £30,000 (which is negotiable based on experience), 4 weeks holiday (plus all Bank Holidays), a pension scheme and career progression opportunities
