Trade Account Manager

£23,000 Per Annum

Our nationwide client based in Leicester are currently recruiting for a Trade Account Manager to join their successful B2B/B2C Sales department.

You will be responsible for key campaigns targeting trade groups increasing the organisations market share maximising commercial opportunity.

Key Responsibilities;

* Proactively engage with trade customers via telephone, email and webchat understand their key requirements and successfully convert sales opportunities.

* Outline products and services to potential customers

* Generate quotes for potential customers.

* Communicate effectively with trade customers and arrange follow up calls

* Re-engage with lapsed customers and proactively engage with new customers.

* Ensure customers are aware of promotional offers on products.

Experience Required;

* B2B Sales experience within a Trade environment, experience within the Building/Construction Trade is desired.

* Proven sales experience over the phone.

* Management of a portfolio of Trade Accounts

* Experience of developing new accounts and managing key accounts
