We have an opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join the team based in Chorley. You will join us on a full time, 12 month contract and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £18,000 per annum plus benefits. Working across multiple gardening brands, in a busy e-commerce business you will work with the wider team to support on a variety of tasks, from social media updates, website changes to creative projects. This is a great opportunity to gain experience with the potential to extend into a permanent position. Key duties and responsibilities of our Marketing Assistant: - Support the Content and Marketing Executive on social media content, incoming enquiries and advertising - Support with product photography - Edit and upload images to websites - Proof read and upload content to websites - Collaborate with wider team to create successful email marketing campaigns - Respond to customer reviews - Adhoc marketing tasks as required Skills and experience required to become our Marketing Assistant: - Ideally educated to degree level in English, Marketing, Journalism or similar - Experience in using and managing social media channels - Previous experience working with CMS platforms - Outstanding grammar, spelling and punctuation - Exceptional attention to detail with an eye for consistency - A self-starter with a willingness to learn - Excellent organisational skills - Ability to work with wider marketing team If you feel that you have the required skills and experience to join us as our Marketing Assistant , please click 'apply' now, we'd love to hear from you!
