Proposition and Project Manager

Location: Harlow, Essex

Salary: £44,000 per annum

Type: 12-18 month FTC, Full Time

Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a Proposition and Project Manager to join our client based in Harlow, who are a market leader in their field. The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer proposition.

Areas of responsibility include:
  • Identify new customer propositions by researching and understanding the current and future needs of customers.
  • Undertake feasibility studies of potential ideas and work them up into outline plans for consideration
  • Utilise customer research and feedback to improve the customer experience and ensure that the wants and needs of customers are acted upon
  • Challenge all processes that impact our customers - driving change to deliver continuous improvement
  • Develop creative solutions to meet the needs of our customers and our strategic ambitions
  • Facilitate engaging sessions with colleagues across the business to develop creative solutions and propositions
  • Ensure improvements to the customer journey are fit for purpose whilst ensuring commercial viability
  • Influence key stakeholders, staff and external parties to support the delivery of the proposition
  • Use data (both quantitative and qualitative) to demonstrate the positive commercial impact of initiatives

Project Management:
  • Take ownership of the project management and implementation of new and improved customer propositions
  • Write compelling and robust project proposals and detailed business cases
  • Manage all project-related risks and dependencies
  • Work with other teams across the business to plan for the successful implementation of projects
  • Plan and manage piloting of new ideas and propositions - adopting a flexible approach that learns along the way
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple complex responsibilities efficiently and accurately
  • Ability to engage, manage and influence key stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project-related budgets and spend

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of key processes and customer journey maps.
  • Contribute to the department annual operating plan process, business objectives and initiatives.
  • Ensure robust data retention policies and practices are adhered to and regularly monitored, designing appropriate developments where necessary.

Qualifications/ Knowledge & Experience

  • Evidence of formal project management skills training eg PRINCE2
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent related work/education attainment
  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail

  • Knowledge of vehicles, conversions and adaptions
  • Understanding of the vehicle leasing environment
  • IT literate with working knowledge of CRM systems
