Our client, a profession services provider based in brand new modern offices in Nelson, is looking for an exceptional IT support candidate to join their very successful and growing organisation.

This role will be working Monday to Friday either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm (your choice) and offers a generous salary of £18000 - £20000 per annum (dependant on experience).

The purpose of this role is to:-

• Carry out the implementation and installation of our software to designated customers

• Ensure that customers are trained on the system and that they competently understand the software

• Provide professional responses to queries from a selection of assigned customers

• Deal with queries/tickets promptly and offer a solution within a specified time frame

• Escalate issues for technical support as required

• Upgrading customers to the latest systems Backing up and restoring databases

• Taking responsibility for ensuring that our customers understand the potential of the company's services provided, including the promotion of additional products and services

• Ensure any outstanding work to be undertaken by colleagues is clearly defined, with deadlines

• Work to a set of objectives as set by your Line Manager

• SQL experience will be required
