Administration/ Purchasing Assistant - 6-month temporary contact

Up to £18,000 per annum

T2M Resourcing are recruiting an Administration/ Purchasing Assistant for a leading national business based in the Leicestershire area. This is a temporary role, initially for 6 months.

In this role you will ensure that purchase orders are processed correctly ensuring that queries from Suppliers and the internal Accounts Payable function are dealt with efficiently. You will use the in-house database to ensure the completeness of data when it comes to price amendments, supplier information, stores settings etc. You will also carry out other administration tasks as required.

To be successful, you will:
  • Possess previous experience in an administration role or similar (within purchasing administration/ accounts payable would be an advantage)
  • Strong IT Skills - Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience with Orace/ SAP would also be an advantage
  • Possess excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • Be an excellent team player
  • Be able to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve day to day issues

This presents a great opportunity for appropriately experienced candidates to join a large company initially for a temporary period.

We are ideally seeking candidates who are able to start immediately - week commencing 16th September.
