Service Contract Manager - Service Contracts - Software - InfrastructureDo you have strong experience with renewing service contracts of various sizes ranging from one year to five years, my client a leading software infrastructure provider is looking for a Service Contract Manager who can engage with existing clients to renew their contract and work with the in house Service Delivery Teams and Sales Account Managers. The Service Contract Manager will be a focal point for all inquiries relating to renewals service contracts, third party contracts and quotations.
Service Contract Manager responsibilities:
  • The Service Contract Manager will manage the renewal process for maintenance and managed service contracts, issuing standard contracts.
  • Support the negotiation and finalisation of agreements with clients.
  • The Service Contract Manager will address queries and challenges presented by the clients.
  • Support the process of managing and concluding potential disputes in favour of the business unit.
  • Processing service sales (consultancy/managed services/maintenance) through internal tools and issuing quotes.
  • The Service Contract Manager will produce and maintain forecasting reports and KPI's.
  • Ensure services invoices are accurate and raised in a timely manner. Resolve billing. queries, using escalation as appropriate. Ensure that all queries are brought to a satisfactory conclusion for both the customer and business.
  • The Service Contract Manager will work with members of the Senior Leadership Team and other nominated parties to define, design and deliver an improved contract administration process across services.
  • Support the Services Director in management information and contract performance reports.
Service Contract Manager background
  • University Degree (optional).
  • The Service Contract Manager will previously worked in contract renewals environment.
  • Minimum 5 years experience.
  • The Service Contract Manager will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to be a partner to the business stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • High degree of independence, initiative, decisiveness and creative thinking, as well as a desire to be challenged.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and ADVANCE in English language skills.
