Our client is offering a fantastic career leap for a candidate, ideally CIMA qualified, seeking an opportunity to progress to Financial Director level however willing to initially begin with the firm as Purchase Ledger Manager with the view to then progress to Financial Controller and then to Director level.

A candidate with a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality is required alongside the required qualifications and experience. In terms of experience, the client requires a candidate who has either supported a Financial Controller or Finance Director, perhaps has worked as a FC however there are no opportunities to move into a Director role.

The successful candidate will find managing the Purchase Ledger a breeze, hence projects will be provided in order for the candidate to prove their ability to progress within the firm and will provide the candidate the necessary time to understand the ins and outs of the organisation.

Hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and the client is not seeking a clock watcher. The company have a very low turnover of staff and recruit loyal and hardworking employees, who enjoy going to work and take pride in what they do.

Salary is initially £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and with the view for this to increase.

Experience with Sage 200 is beneficial however is not essential and the company also use a bespoke database.
