Financial Assistant - Admin & Accounting Role - Edinburgh - £22k

Your new role
The position as a Financial Assistant will be responsible for the coordination of the client management life cycle from processes dealing with client take-on through to billing of completed work. This role will be a variety of finance and general support activities. You will be responsible for actively managing the client invoicing arrangements and work alongside the team to successfully achieve cash targets. You will be liaising with the central finance team to request client invoices and you will validate and check reports and invoices prepared by the finance team. You will be the key point of contact for finance related queries and also for the SWIFT billing process and will solve any issues on this.

What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful applicant, you will be highly organised, and able to work under pressure to strict deadlines.You will hold strong numeracy skills and great communication skills. You will have administration experience and preferably experience working with accounts also. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook is necessary. You will receive training on SWIFT, so experience with this is not necessary
