Prospero Integrated are currently looking for an AV Customer service Agent to join an integrator based in Surrey. The ideal candidate for this role will have a good understanding within the AV industry and at least 2 years in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Single point of contact
  • Ensure cases are restored for service within SLA.
  • Central point of contact between International customers and suppliers.
  • Booking of engineering resource / Logistics / Travel / Critical Spares etc.
  • Raising of accurate escalations in a timely manner.

Essential Skills:
  • 2 years AV experience
  • Experience of incident-based ticketing systems
  • CRM systems
  • working in an AV / VC technology
  • Customer Service

Desirable Skills
  • Administration experience
  • customer relations skills
  • Ability to take responsibility
