Who you are
  1. Strong business acumen with a real enthusiasm for helping SMEs
  2. Strong communication & listening skills with an excellent telephone manner and a passion for delighting customers
  3. Exceptional time-management and multitasking skills
  4. Good experience in explaining complex products and services to customers
  5. Proven customer relationship management experience
  6. Be proactive, motivated, and metrics-driven
  7. The ability to "think outside the box" to make suggestions that will help them to improve the products, systems and processes
  8. Ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  9. 3 years of Account Manager experience

What you'll do
  • Be the customer champion, driving business growth through adoption of the companies product within a portfolio of customers
  • Look after current portfolio of customers
  • Support customers through the renewal process expediently
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with small businesses, helping them achieve their business goals
  • Proactively guide customers through the process and ensure expectations, effectively addressing customer concerns and issues
  • Liaise with various teams within the company, such as sales, underwriting and collections to achieve the best outcome for their customers
  • Drive change throughout the business through structured feedback, ensuring they always provide customers with the best possible experience across all aspects of the business

What you will get

If you are successful you will be paid a basic salary of £30,000- £32,500 with £10,000 bonus. You will also receive company perks like Summer and Winter retreats i.e. they took all employees skiing last year to Val d'Isere all expenses paid for. Holiday allowance of 25 days, also stock options. Also, enhanced Maternity/ Paternity leave.
