As part of their expansion, a well established business seeks an ambitious and driven full time telephone account manager. Working with an external Regional Sales Manager (RSM) you will be responsible for growing and developing existing customers within a defined territory as well as gaining new business through prospect calling.

Key Measures
  • Achieve and exceed defined monthly and annual sales targets
  • Increase customer spend
  • Open new accounts.
  • Maintain CRM and IT systems to company standards.

  • Sales driven. Self-motivated and organised individuals who strives to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Professional approach aligned with company values and be an ambassador for the brand.
  • Sell on value and maximise margin potential through demonstrating product knowledge, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Prioritise and organise activities to best achieve goals through CRM.
  • Maximise potential between existing accounts and new Leads.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospect calling, negotiation and follow up calling.
  • Prospecting, following up, qualification and progressing of new sales leads.
  • Follow up calls to product and promotion campaigns.
