As business continues to grow an experienced Mortgage Administration Assistant is now required to help contribute towards our clients growing success. You'll be based at their offices in the Mansfield area of Nottinghamshire on a permanent basis.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
  • One years' experience in a customer service role
  • 5 GCSE's/O-Levels A-C
  • Ability to work to deadlines

The main purpose of this role is to provide effective customer service to their customers.

Within this position, you'll also be:
  • Processing of mortgage applications
  • Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, e-mail and postal communications
  • Providing a professional and efficient service to existing mortgage customers, solicitors and brokers
  • Processing mortgage payments and redemptions
  • Assisting with system testing
  • Communicating effectively with their customers both in writing and on the telephone
  • Carrying out a variety of mortgage administration tasks

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £16,936 per annum

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. There is a requirement to work Saturday's (1 in 8) on a rota from 8.45ampm, this is paid at time and half.
