An exciting global business based in Farnborough is offering an opportunity for an Accounts Admin Assistant to join their Finance team. This role will support the purchase ledger team with work overflow and will offer progression and development for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Administration, filing and scanning duties
  • Answering phones
  • Keying of overhead invoices
  • Bank and supplier statement reconciliations
  • Purchase Ledger invoice query resolution
  • Petty Cash administration
  • Supporting the rest of the accounting team as required.

The Accounts Admin Assistant should possess:
  • Ideally a basic knowledge of purchase ledger processes and accounts
  • A good standard of IT skills, proficient in Excel and Word
  • The ability to plan their own workload and to work with minimal supervision
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Experience in an office environment.

Hours: 9.00am to 5.00pm
